Which would I choose, Iphone 4s or Nokia Lumia 920?

I already owned myself a HTC One X, and so far my view for the HTC One X is satisfactory due to its massive amount of function. But now I wanted to get a phone not fall under the android as my personal phone, which would I get? Iphone 4s or Nokia Lumia 920? I admitted one thing however, one of the big thing I really like is the voice assistants, pdf file compatibility, video and music playing(not the most essential, but make great company), recording notes with pictures as secondary support, mobile internet and somewhat well designed games which drives me to get the more expensive android than the HTC One V.

And no, currently I lose my interest on the Iphone 5, due to the fact it was launched at a inhumane price of RM3600(USD 1200) for a 16GB phone, which indicates that the market was not free and fair and been monopolized by Apple Malaysia. I prefer something under the 2500 ringgit budget but so far Iphone price has been rather disappointing. I thought of Window Phones, but it lack killer apps that really drives me for getting it despite actually pretty stand out with its Window 8.

Which would I choose, or should I wait until price dropped?
And please, do not ask me to buy a PS Vita or Nintendo 3DS, I want something that carry all in one system and the system had to fit a few criteria:

1:got powerful hardware, don't tell me about BlackBerry, its not suited, just not for me!

2:multitask, i won't be playing a handheld console in class and catch too many unwanted and negative attention. I can listen to music and not carry a large and weird system in class.

3: I need to instantly switch back to a note recording and can do notes in class, so far my HTC One X beat handwriting thanks to its auto typing correction.

4: I a well supported system, and a game console is once sold, considered end of business in Malaysia, not USA, remind you.

5: Can download and actually read notes without the need of a secondary system.

6: Can check E-mail, seriously, do you do that on a gaming platform?

7: Had a well supported app store, Google Play really show it off what a smartphone can do.
