No where since you are not a tax exempt nonprofit.
A wholesaler can't afford to give away product.
Even small Christmas Tree Growers are asked at least by 10 different groups wanting something for free.
10 yrs to grow the tree and plenty of money outlay plus labor and no one can afford to give product away.
Try buying wholesale.
