It sounds like you are in high school or middle school. Trust me, as a college student it definitely gets better then this nonsense. You should go to them (both him and her) and tell them how you feel. Tell her that you like her but would like to be friends, and tell him that you like her and let him know that you would put that feeling aside so that you could still be friends again. If they don't understand then they are not worth being so upset over
