You need more dofollow backlinks from websites that already have Google Page Rank of 2 or more.
A couple backlinks from websites with good authority and PR 5 for example will up your own PR soon enough.

You just need to be patience and work every day at creating backlinks, also make sure you have basic on-page SEO in place.
