Different people will provide different strategies depending on their experience. In my case,

1. Post videos on hot topics
2. Make responses to related videos with your video
3. Share on facebook, twitter and related social networks.
4. Don't forget Stumbleupon, its more than you think it is
5. Tumblr is also best if you come up with hot and best relevant tags.
