You poor thing!Chances are you are not a bit ugly. However,if you need to cry,let it go,cry as much as you feel the need to cry,get it over and done. Then go and wash your face and do anything else there that you need to do.
Smile, whether you feel like smiling or not. It will feel false at first, but the smiling will eventually become a habit.
Make sure that you get plenty of sleep, sleep is good for your general health and healthy people have healthy skin.Healthy people also have healthy skin and healthy nails.
He doesn't sound as if he has any idea about having a proper adult relationship. Presumably he is about your age. That explains it. Females mature more quickly than males and a thirteen year old girl is not a child anymore.A thirteen year old boy is still a child however. You are emotionally as well as physically female. You are a young woman. You want to be loved. He is a silly kid. To him a girlfriend is a sort of playmate.Having more than one doesn't matter to him. Well, you like him,but you will just have to let him go.
Don't go out with him.
Study hard. Girls who get good grades grow up to be women who meet well -educated men. They also have a better chance at getting into college, a career and so on.
His sister is your bff. Well next time you see him just say Hello to him,no need to be rude or anything "Hi" or whatever greeting you would normally use would be fine. But you will be there as his sisters friend, not his girlfriend.
When you feel sad, go for a walk, weather permitting.Watch funny movies on t.v. Keep away from anything sad or dreary. Wear bright, happy colours, red, yellow and gold. Wear purple-purple is the colour of royalty.Feeling like a princess is what you need right now.
Eat healthy foods. This doesn't mean live on lettuce and carrots. You aren't a rabbit! There is lots of food that is inexpensive and really, really good for you.
Avoid junk food. It contains little in the way of goodness (yes I know that macdonalds do salads, but is that what their customers order? I don't think so!)and it is cheaper to eat at home where the food is likely to be more nutritious..The food which you eat also affects your mood. If you eat too much junk food, your moods will go downhill. The same will happen if you starve yourself.
