Follow me on twitter is just a way of saying
Add my twitter
so like.. if your on youtube or myspace you can say follow me on twitter bc reeally you are kinda following ppl on twitter.
or in a convo
instead of saying Add me on twitter,
its like twitters phrase.
or like
Hey did you tweet me?
lmao! cool stuff!
