what is great about this site is that you can decide just how long a video can be viewed for, furthermore, they have an ip check, so you can have everyone visit your video only once per day.
Therefore, youtube will count every view because they only allow one ip per day I have been told. they do not count duplicate ips.
Set videos for 1 minute, and you are set!
