i have 1,598 followers, heres what i do:
1) download the app 'followers' (free) it should be like a greyish color with sillhouettes of three people
2) follow loooooooooooooads of people on instagram
3) about 2 weeks later go onto the app and unfollow everyone who hasnt followed you back
4) keep repeating this but follow different people every time

(the way i find the followers is that i go onto my other followers pages and follow all their followers etc.)
