Stop damaging your hair so much. I would get a really good deep conditioner to get it back healthy, you need to trim your hair. Not a huge haircut just your ends before they get worse. If you are going to continue straightening it get a heat spray to protect it. I would also get some hair oil and you put it in your hands and apply it to the ends and it restores hair.
