Give her space. She's going through a lot. Also, if it is her "woman time", she's probably not in the greatest mood and is just wanting to be left alone. It could just be that time of the month when women just don't want to deal with some people.
Or, maybe it could be you. If she feels smothered by you she will try to push away. I doubt twitter would just randomly block people, honestly. If it was accidental she would have fixed it. I believe you should give her a day or two to just be by herself. Let her miss you and if she wants to talk to you she will.
I don't know how she feels about you, I'm not her.
