What would be an effective publicity stunt to publisie my small computer repair business?

I have overspent on my marketing budget in 2012. So I need some ideas for some form of viral/publisity stunt I can pull on Social networking sites. As I am facing into a quiet period from now until March. I am in a rural but densly populated part of Northwest Ireland. With a population base of around 15000 people within a 15 mile radius.
I am really only looking for ideas for a low cost publicity stunt. For example there was a small busines here that said he was retiring and closing his business. He got free publicity in all the local newspapers and online news websites. He had no intenstion of closing it was just a complete publicity stunt that worked very well for him. I am looking for simiar ideas that might work.
