well you can start by tweeting at least 21 times a day. then theres replying to peoples tweets or retweeting people. Also don't post tweets that are only focused on yourself (people get sick of that and stay away from tweeters like that) And then there's following a bunch of people, they sometimes follow back. And just give it time , your followers will grow, don't worry. Smile
