My Twitter account got suspended by mistake?

Today when I logged on to Twitter, I got a warning that my account was suspended. So, I emailed them and I got a reply and they said it was for opening multiple accounts etc. But, I think this is a mistake because I don't have any other accounts and this is my first one EVER that I just made like less than a week ago. But anyway, in the email they requested I send them a list of my accounts and which ones I'd like unsuspended and planned use... So that's what I did. So what now? I'm really confused about the whole getting suspended for making multiple accounts thing. And will I get my account back??? Thanks in advance.
Question - Thanks! But, I already did that. I sent them a reply to the ticket and told them that this was my only account and they probably made a mistake. I'm kinda worried that they'll just ignore it though. Dx
