I assume you've gotten a lawyer to file an appeal for prosecutorial misconduct. It's really difficult to get a court to rule that way, especially when it's a Federal case, but I think the failure to comply with discovery would give you a legitimate reason for appeal. It's hard, though, to convince a court what the verdict MIGHT have been.

As to getting support, just keep doing what you are doing, posting it everywhere. You could also email the story to the news channels' Ireport sites.
