Verizon if you want a fast and large network. Downside, the phone will be useless on any other network and your bill will be over $100 a month.

AT&T if your ok with the next best speed and towers, also you get the ability to use a variety of carriers if you decide to leave. There are many prepaid providers that can use the iPhone 5 and your monthly can be as low as $40 for unlimited everything (Simple Mobile).
