Why do I always feel the need to reset online accounts?

Every week or two, I have the urge to delete online accounts and make new ones, create new emails while deleting the one before, remake my Facebook and Twitter accounts, etc. If I have an email account with more than one provider, it creates a ton of stress. Every month I need to reset my laptop because it feels insecure because of the default settings being tampered with my own.

The same problem follows me to my cell phone. I've had all 4 platforms in the past year, and I always feel the need to factory reset my phone to default, so it would be more secure and simple. I haven't gone 2 weeks in the past 2 years without resetting my phone.

Can someone give me some info about what would cause this?
