Why do I always feel the need to reset online accounts?

There are more people out there like this that have the same fear >>> being hacked !.....It's always a good idea to change passwords every 3-6 months on the computer for your e-mail and any other accounts you may have but to do so every 2 weeks is not necessary....I have had the same Password and ID for over 4 years and really don't worry that much about it....If you have a good internet provider they will reset the password if your account is ever hacked....that happened to me once in 10 years and the provider reset it within 20 minutes with a simple phone call........As far as making new accounts every 2 weeks that's also not necessary....just change the password every three months.............
