You're over reacting. Just because he didn't text you doesn't mean it's because of that. Maybe he thinks you're hiding something from him. did you tell him you were bullied? be honest of why you don't have social networking. Also if he's not texting you, why don't you be the one that texts him. He's probably just busy or soemthing.
