well, let's see how this can be answered.
- the question is in the BASEBALL section
- all best answers get 10 points, so that's nothing special
- saying best answer gets 10 points is a violation of Community Guidelines
- this looks like a homework question
- the US has 50 states. #51 is not needed.
- the US has more than enough Spanish speaking folk
- what's in it for Puerto Rico?
