Social justice in Switzerland?

hi guys. i am an american guy currently living in New York. I am planning to move to elsewhere in the world where there is social justice. I know that Switzerland is a good country to live in. My question to Swiss people is: Is there any social justice in Switzerland, is there keeping up with joneseses phenomenon in Switzerland, do ordinary Swiss people live with dignity or do only rich people and politicians and their relatives live a good life? need your answers, especially native Swiss
