Alright, you'll need to make very good videos to get subscriptions. Also, have a little reward for subscribing, such as saying... "subscribe for more videos" etc.. You want to make the public love the video so much that they will do anything (including subscribing) for more videos! Also, you have to be patient, as the longer you video is up, the more subs you'll have. Lastly, you want the video to be popular.
