no Matter what system the Philippine will Adopt, it will not work as intended. Filipinos view government positions as FAMILY ENTERPRISE. It has been that way since the 1st Philippine Republic up to present and into the future. Unless you can resurrect Pres. Ramon Magsaysay who is against Nepotism.

Majority of filipinos are PATAY GUTOM majority of those patay gutims are by product of catholic universities and university of the Philippines , especially the socialite elite one good example is from central Luzon whose bread and butter is JUETENG money...equestrianne pwe!!!! Whose Glamorous mom who looks like imbalmed mannequin...
