What is the best portable graphics design tablet for artist?

I am looking for a new pressure sensitive tablet pc for doing art work. I've been researching for days, it seems there are many tablets and companies to choose from so if you wouldn't mind giving me your opinion I will be very thankful.
I am looking for something with a large screen (big as possible), great pressure sensitivity (wacom didgitizer), 2D and 3D program compatibility. Money isn't too much of an issue, I will go new or used as long as it is worthy.
I have heard great things about the Asus ep121, is it out dated? Will there be something better comming out soon? Also I woudn't mind it being larger or being laptop styled so I can have a keyboard to use. Does something like that exist or is soon to be existing?
Extra points if you can tell me what stylus to stick with!
