Is your internet allowance used when you play games dowloaded from Android Market?

It depends. if the game requires you to have either mobile or wifi connectivity in order to play it; then yes, it will show up on your contract; unless you play it via wifi. Doesn't matter if you surf the web, use social applications, download things from the market or elsewhere or play a game that requires connectivity, all these factors will use mobile data or wifi. If you use it over mobile data (3G) it will show up on your contract.
