I recently changed careers and I am not happy, how do I explain why I am back in the market for employment?

You explain it by tellign the truth. You wer enot happy with the job you had and decided to look for a better one because of money.
I do not know your specific situation nor why you are so money hungry, so i can only point out that money isn't everything, you need to find a job that you are happy doing, more money won't solve everything. Though if you in desperate need of money to survive (not b/c you need that new big screen tv or anyhting like that) then you'll have to just stick with a crummy job that pays well and be happy that you can support yourself and/or family.
All you need to do in order ot explain your situation is just tell the truth.
