I recently changed careers and I am not happy, how do I explain why I am back in the market for employment?

If you are currently working in your social work position any prospective employer is going to view that as a plus. It is not as if you were fired or quit for some unknown reason.
Let any prospective employer know that you are presently working, however your present employer is cutting back and you think it is best to seek another job. Don't express dissatisfaction with your present employer. New employers do not want to hear that you are under paid or unhappy. Give off a positive image. |
