firstly, you should know that celebrties RARLEY have an actual facebook. It would most probley be a fan whose trying to pose as her and lie that they are actually that person.
For twitter, it is usaully the actual celebrity. They celberties accept them themselves, its there own twitter. They as well upload there own photos and write there own statuses.
