Can you explain this about Twitter?
I'm trying to figure out how to use Twitter. I am already signed on to follow a band I like and get their updates, however when I respond it's very confusing. For example when I try to reply to an update, let's say the band's name is Jane...I'll click on reply, then a box opens and it'll say @jane and in the same box i am to write my message. Do I type anything before the @? Does the message get posted into a mailbox or where? I just don't get how to use Twitter!!
What happens if I click reply to an update and and delete the automatic "@jane" and just type my reply and send it?
