i don't know about his e-mail. i mean, it would be way to hard for him if he wanted to reply or even just read one by one of his e-mails every day while busy of his jobs all day, right?
but why don't you try to go on twitter?
justin is really being nice on twitter, he often replies or retweets some of his fans' tweets. and everytime he's online, he always follows few fans back (omg, they're so lucky) therefore they can Direct Message him (justin also replies DMs)
