don't sweat it, they hire a lot of people as "helpers". Your past experience will be a bit plus. Read up on the company a little, like who founded it, how it got started (just to impress them). Be positive, don't say anything negative about past jobs. For the crisis question, say you work well under stress, evidenced by (give an example from your bar job). Stress your customer service skills, again give examples from the bar. The questions about "where do you see yourself in thee years", they want to know that you will not quit in six months. Ask about promotion opportunities available within the company after you graduate from school.
