i think he did like you but then might have gotten a little freaked out by the twitter thing. If he stares at you that way all the time then hes definitely attracted to you though. I think you should try talking to him normally again but dont do anything to freak him out. and who knows? maybe he might still like you.....all guys are different and respond in different ways
