Cheating is difficult. People do it for different reasons, but since she was drunk, she may have acted different than she wanted to - even though drinking isn't an excuse.

If you still want her:
Have her block him through facebook/twitter, etc and on her phone. That way you know they aren't talking. Keep an eye on her for awhile. Cheating doesn't always stop when someone is "sorry" no matter how sorry they really seem.

Keep in mind, she knew this guy liked her if she was getting texts, etc of him saying "i love you", etc and she didnt do anything about it. She didn't tell him to stop or to never say that again, etc. Even though she didn't respond to him, she still allowed all of this to continue.

Talk to her. Tell her how you feel. Keep your trust at a low level until she can prove to you otherwise - which takes a long time.
