1. I don't know what this is trying to say. I would argue that Industry is better than agriculture for national development.
2. Industry tends to demand infrastructure development because it uses more communication and shipping - so it means more phone and internet capability, better roads, bridges, water delivery and sewer systems, etc. So Industry doesn't necessarily bring it on its own, but rather industry will demand these improvements.
3. The only way to fix an absence of Marketing is to establish a Marketing presence. The first step would be to hire an international PR firm.
4. Industrial nations have far more income -- and often wages -- than do agricultural nations.
