Ads keep on showing up on every site I go on randomly, what can I do to stop this?

If you are using IE, then in the toll bar there should be a pop up blocker.
But I recommend that you download and use Chrome and Firefox. Both can installed ad block extensions. Chrome is a bit easier to use. If after installing the browser the ads still shows up, then your computer might be infected with an Adware or Spyware.
