This is a notification that you are a member of a class-action suit against Facebook, resulting from your inclusion in a "sponsored story". You must register at http://www.fraleyfacebooksettlement.com to become a claimant (one who benefits from the monetary results of the suit, if any).

Class action lawsuits are mostly money making ventures for the lawyers that file them, since they will be guaranteed the first claim against any settlement. You, or any other registered claimant, may or may not receive any money at all, and if you do, it will probably be a pittance. They do, however, sometimes provide a monetary incentive to the company being sued (in this case, Facebook) to desist from the questionable practice(s) that instigated the lawsuit.
