If you posed in the picture willingly and with consent, it sadly belongs to him, however if you decide to sue him, you have to prove how you suffered a kind of loss from it. Or you could sue him for harassment. However the results of suing may not be in or favour. Altough you should take action as his family should be warned of his unfaithful behaviour and other should not fall prey to his deceiving again. I advise that you never send pictures of yourself to strangers, especially those on the Internet.
