Teachers, would you deal with bullying after Christmas break?

I'm a 16 year old girl and I have been getting bullied a lot in school the past 5 years. It is being dealt with by my year head/vice principal/principal but when one stops another starts like a domino effect. Before the break there was bullying going on with a boy in my class who had already been spoken to and he was warned that if he continued his parents would be brought in. I didn't inform my year head as I didnt want to burden him the day before the break. Also over the break cyber bullying started over ask.fm from boys in my year one of which did it last year and warned if he continued he'd be suspended. But is it too late to inform my year head about this after the break? thanks
