What are good blog hosting sites that are either free or very cheep?

If you're starting out you might want to check out blogger it's free and you get quite a bit of freedom towards it.

Wordpress is a better CMS(content manager system) in my opinion but going with their free hosting has quite a bit of upsell but it's still good if you're looking for low cost.

If you're looking to host it on yourself you might wnat to look out for host that have cpanel and some installation service so you can install wordpress yourself.

But if you're starting out I'd save the money and keep it free until I think it's a good time to invest some money to a domain name and hosting. It can cost about $8/domain for me as well and as cheap as $2/month for hosting if you know where to look.
