I have an android phone and my contacts sync from Facebook too. I was able to delete the contacts I didn't want but then over a time again they reappear in my contact lists. Errr. Not sure, maybe you're just gonna have to delete it over and over. Hopefully, you dont have hundreds of friends otherwise you'd have to delete so much.
