How can i set a certain laptop to use less bandwith than another one?
My brother uses his laptop just for streams and facebook and i use to play o alot

I want to know how i could set his laptop to use less bandwith than mine

For instance i have a 150 latency for 10 minutes when he loads a video and i would prefer to have a 100 latency for 20 minutes Smile
