I have purchased my new dell inspiron laptop. how can i know rhat there is graphics card in my laptop?

ALL computers have a graphics card. They can NOT display anything on the screen without one. In laptops they are always built into the motherboard and can not be changed. So whatever card it has you are stuck with for life.
