No such thing as free hosting for a site like that, but you can go with Dolphin for the site. You would have to know html coding though to install it. Theres an admin menu for making adjustments, so you dont really need to know html for that, just the installation and initial setting up. I know html and thats it and I installed 2 of them this month. The only catch is that with the free version of it, their ads show up at the bottom of your site and under certain areas like the video and music player. The profiles arent as nice as myspace either, but it has things which you can add or remove like forums, chat, instant messenger, video, music, photo rating etc. Its pretty cool.
I have one site at
PuffPlace.com
I have the other at
AsiaFlings.com

I've removed alot of stuff that was originally on the front page, I didnt want guests to have the ability to see alot of stuff because I dont have much members so I want them to be curious whats inside and thats worked better so far for getting people to sign up.
AsiaFlings has some bugs (I dont have video or music or things like that enabled), so if you look at one, check out PuffPlace. Even that is not completely ready, but its close to finished, I just set them up within the past month. I dont have many members on either of which, but I know it can handle 1000 because Ive seen other sites with more than that which used Dolphin. I have to admit, the customer service sucks though, I sent them an email and told them I was having problems and they didnt answer me back, however, I found alot of help by asking other users on the forums. 80% of the questions Ive had, they were able to answer. If you wanted to pay for the version without ads, you are better off paying a programmer to build you a site from scratch because it would cost at least $1000 to get the version without ads.
