What can I do if I have a teacher like this?

Sounds like you have a slack teacher! Here's what to do!

Keep a diary of events. Jot down date, time etc. and an outline of what happened. Record any comments made by other students or teachers. If you do this you will build up a dossier of events which you may use in evidence should a situation occur. If the situation is a serious one you should present your diary of events to the school principal.

The other alternative is to make an approach directly to your teacher and tell him how you feel about his style of teaching. If he tries to make life difficult for you, you can simply tell him about the record of his poor teaching methods that you have been keeping and suggest that you both go to see the school principal together.

I'm a teacher and, like many walks of life, there are good ones and there are bad ones.

Good luck!
