Does this boy like me?

There's this boy in the year below me (were 17 & 18) and he started tweeting my on Saturday and then I gave him my number as my twitter wouldn't work, and ever since he's text me every day.

Earlier he asked what I thought of this other boy so I replied 'he's a nice person' and he said 'I'm glad you said that' so I asked why and he said 'I think the same' was he trying to find out if I fancied this guy?

Does this boy like me? Or is he just being friendly? If he does like me, what should I do? I don't know whether I like him yet as I don't know him that well
