I have no referrals dead on...?

This is for a social worker who's been in business for 25+ years and since things are changing... Needs many ideas as possible to figure out why I am not getting referrals (new clients) on a daily bases.
We have gone through our insurance companies one by one to see if there are anything that we have missed and needs to be updated. CAQH has confirmed one small mess up and that was I wasn't accepting Medicare. So we changed that and made it a YES that I accept clients on Medicare. That was fixed two weeks ago. No improvements.
All the other therapists in the office have most of the same training as me, and they are doing fine.
Each insurance we have reviewed online with my business name is all current. I've checked to see if my name had a bad rating and all I see are good ratings.
These are the major Insurance companies that has my main information:

CIGNA
MAGELLAN
TRICARE
AETNA
BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD

I have a billing company that handles clients paying and all that, they said everything is good.

I am so stumped! No referrals, no solutions.

I am advertised, I'm out there. But no new clients/referrals coming in....

Something is really wrong.

If you can give me ANY ideas, or a phrase I can use to talk with insurance companies to get a more specific answer of why or an idea of what could be wrong.

Needs Doctors, MSW, LCSW, clinical therapist who had a simpliar experiences and how they found the plm and saved themselves from losing the business.

This has been going on for a month and half.

I have googled information about no referrals and it's not helping. Personal experiences seems to be my last hope.
