I would stay FAR AWAY for now. Wait until they make their financial report publicly available.

Even GM just withdrew its 10 million dollar ads from Facebook because it believed advertising on Facebook did not affect sales. That is the main issue. Think about it, do you buy or even notice what is on Facebook? I never notice the ads or even know what is being advertised. I never even click on the ads.

Also, big investors are getting a first shot at the $38 price. Small investors will not be able to get it at that price which is already inflated until we really know what the value of the company's business yields. As one analyst described it, "it's like throwing a dart in the dark."
