lol i don't know what you look like so i don't know if he thinks you are ugly.

maybe he is just weird around girls, i was at that age so i can understand, but i wouldn't not talk to them, i actually loved it when i heard that chicks liked me. maybe he just isn't into you and he gets weird around you and is afraid that he may lead you on.
