It is not likely, but if want to be 100% sure, delete system32. That way, when you click it, they can't back trace you to your ip, which is stored there. It's fairly simple to get to. Go to my computer, click on your C: drive, click "windows", then scroll down to "system32." After you've done that, you will completely incapable of getting a virus, so long as you aren't using a mac. If you want to get the folder back, simply restart your computer and it will be there. Trust me, it's always better to be safe than sorry, as good old Honest Abe once said.
