The 'solution' is non-existent unless maybe it would be to decrease the factors
in our society that generate senseless rage.
In any large population there will be a small irreducible number of certifiable
nuts,, and if that population is a technically advanced society there's no way
that society can restrict all the means of doing a lot of damage and still function.
If you remember the details of the Columbine' incident you would have noted that
those nuts were set up to try fuel/air explosives. Thank the fates they were distracted
by their guns or they could have brought down the building.
If you remember the last peak of senseless violence. ("going postal" back in the '90's),
the incidents were generated by an overly oppressive work environment.
maybe we've got an overly repressive social environment.
Aren't you tired enough of how much the Media is pushing this incident in your face?
Doesn't it just make you want to smack that 'News-Twit'?
If you were a bit less sane might you not just smack the nearest target instead?
